We understand everyone has a budget, so use the packages for a guideline, to give you an idea of what can be done.

All of our packages start with a deposit of one-half of the total price.  Where we go from there truly depends on you and what you are comfortable with.  

Minor League Package:   Starting at $900 - Smaller, fun, not quite the Major Leagues

Having a small family wedding, but still want the party afterwards? Then this is the perfect choice.

  • Smaller sound system, one subwoofer, mics included for speeches.
  • Small light show with two lasers, one light bar, and one centerpiece light.
  • Up to 5 hours of music - no extra charge for setup and tear down.
  • This is the no frills package - we are just here to play music for the people.

Major League Package:  Starting at $1150 - Welcome to the Big Leagues!

Everything about this is bigger and better, Just like that seat behind home plate!

Perfect for the wedding where no one wants to stay in their seats!

  • Full sound system with two subwoofers, microphones.
  • Club Style light show - plenty to help get the party started!
  • Four Uplights for behind the head table. 
  • Plenty of time for people to get comfortable and party!
  • Up to 6 hours of music - no extra charge for setup and tear down.
  • We will work with your caterer, event coordinator, or hosts to make sure things flow smoothly.

Home Run Package: Starting at $1350 - For when you hit it out of the park!
Just in case you want more, we kick up a notch!  Just like when you are already winning, but your favorite player hits a homer! 

  • Our full sound system with subwoofers, microphones, remote speakers for extra sound to make sure the dance floor is rocking!
  • Club Style light show - we will bring that club experience to your wedding!
  • Plenty of time for people to get comfortable and party!
  • Up to 7 hours of music.  Plenty of time for cocktails, dinner, and dancing. As always,  no extra charge for setup and tear down
  • If needed, we can serve as your reception coordinator and host. We will welcome your guests to your reception, and coordinate the events of the reception.

World Series Package:  Starting at $1550 - To top off an awesome wedding that no one wants to end!  You need the ultimate reception, and this will leave everyone feeling like they won the World Series!!

This is it - our "Everything" package -  This is our full sound and light show, Plus lots of add on's.

  • Full Day Coverage - Sound for the ceremony, reception, and anything else during that day. 
  • Music Video, live event video, all geared for crowd interaction.
  • 10 uplight package set to static color to use with your decor.  Additional lights available for $25 each.  
  • Secondary Sound system is included - for use either at the ceremony, or at the reception for better coverage.
  • Music Video - Dance along to some of your favorite music videos on our big screen!
  • This package is for up to 12 hours* of music - no extra charge for setup and tear down.  (Total performance time between 9 am and 11 pm for up to 12 hours - up to 2 separate locations) 
  • Included in this package is our "Day-Of" coordinator who will work with you for the day of your event.

Basic Consultation:

  • Online, email, text, phone or in person, - we are here to help you to plan your event from beginning to end.
  • We can give you recommendations for music selections.
  • We have worked with many wedding professionals over the years.  Need a cake person, venue, pastor, photographer, etc.  We know a few, so just ask.
  • We have done a lot of weddings in a lot of places.  If you manage to find a place that we haven't been to before, we will visit it beforehand so we are prepared for your event!
  • Let us use our years of experience to help you create yours!  We are happy to answer any questions you have, but remember, we aren't mind readers.

Basic Planning:

  • Online Planner - make your musical selections, fill out information before hand, whenever it is convenient for you, and we will have it ready at your event.
  • Worksheets to help plan out your event
  • Vendor Communication and Event Outline to make sure everyone knows how the event will go, so they can be in the right spot at the right time

What we do the Day of your Event:

  • Setup and run sound checks of our equipment before guests arrive.
  • Provide an event outline - to help keep everyone on track and help everything run smoothly.
  • Use our resources to create a great, memorable experience for everyone!
